Credit Note Specialist

Job Description Overview:
Assist sales team to process orders, consolidate order/shipments, process credit notes, generate reports, and various tasks assigned by the manager.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support oversea claim team for credit note review and final confirmation
  • Liase between claim team, product managers, and account managers for claim related issue
  • Contact with customer/vendor for claims discrepancy issues
  • Review and provide update status to our A/R and A/P teams
  • Join overseas /HQ con-call meeting daily to provide solution based on CP guide line
  • Join monthly Accounting meeting to provide pending case updates
  • Join customer con-call to help solve some difficult pending cases


Knowledge, Required Skills, Experience Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred
  • 2 years of accounting related experienced required
  • MS Office, mainly Excel
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Organized, effective and attention to detail a must
  • Works well individually and with team members
  • Good communication skills
