The Retail Service Coordinator shall be responsible for playing a supporting role in the daily coordination of RMA operations within the territory assignedThe candidate will be tasked with driving key performance indicators set by ASUS.  The scope will involve and require the candidate to perform and coordinate the following functions: coordinate with internal / external resources, evaluating and providing solutions, cost analysis, hosting training sessions, and maintaining documentation.  Daily responsibilities will require in depth case analysis, identify root cause and triggers, setting benchmarks, producing detailed reports, developing viable service solutions, resolving escalations, managing cost and the user experience. *
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily KPI management in accordance with ASUS KPI standard
  • Drive daily dashboard to monitor RMA performance and health for each center
  • Create and update internal/external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data
  • Deliver presentation materials and reports for team level and management level audiences
  • Provide proactive updates on project performance and highlight any gaps
  • Drive user experience and manage factors that impact cost and user satisfaction
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
     

Required Qualification:

Years of Education

  •  BA/BS in business related field and/or equivalent reverse logistics experience


Work Experience

  • 1 - 2+ years of Customer Support, Data Analysis, Reverse Logistics or PC Repair experience

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Passion for technology
  • Proactive and able to work well independently as well as in a team environment with cross functional teams
  • Strong ownership and organization skills
  • Proven skills with MS Excel in order to successfully execute or complete tasks
  • Understanding of hardware and software with multiple platforms such as Chrome OS, Android and Windows
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PC repair experience preferred
  • Proven account management experience preferred
  • Experience working within reverse logistics or RMA center environments

Working Conditions:

  • Majority works in a reverse logistics warehouse environment; Partial work in office environment
  • Requires standing, sitting, walking, operating a computer keyboard/mouse, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
