Sr. Brand Marketing Specialist

ASUS is looking for an energetic, hard-working and creative marketer to contribute to our content brand and community team. Your responsibilities include growing and fostering the Republic of Gamers and ASUS brand through our loyalty programs, community gaming/content creator partnerships, collegiate/K12 strategic partnerships, and key opinion leaders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with product marketing to create and execute marketing campaigns focused on engagement, creating advocates and increasing awareness for ROG, TUF Gaming, ProArt and ASUS.
  • Manage loyalty programs, including working with our agency, continually updating the program and create email marketing campaigns to update fans
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies to support product/channel marketing initiatives
  • Understand competitive landscape, gather insights and key learnings to inform growth strategy
  • Manage community (gaming/content creators) activities through partners
  • Works closely with industry partners to engage the community through local activations ensuring ASUS/ROG voice share is maintained
  • Ability to build marketing moments around community activations that emphasize the Republic of Gamers and ASUS brands
  • Leads creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Develop and manage K12/collegiate esports partnerships
  • Understand ASUS/ROG brand position within the market and build a winning strategy to increase brand presence and return on investment
  • Measure and report performance of all brand campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs along with recommendations for improvement based on key learnings
  • Collaborates with PR to develop content for media outlets
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Monitor consumer reactions to campaigns/activities
  • Perform other job duties as assigned*

Required Qualification:

Years of Education

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years marketing experience
  • Experience with working in a team environment and interacting with all levels within the company
  • Experience with partnership building
  • Experience with key opinion leaders


Knowledge and Skills

  • Good understanding of PC gaming, PC Content Creators and general knowledge of the PC industry preferred
  • Creative, diplomatic, and calm under pressure with great interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Well organized and able to multi-task efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to effectively communicate your ideas
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with large brands and media outlets.

Working Conditions:

  • Office Only: Typically works in an office environment
  • Travel is 15% as required
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
