RMA Sales Support Coordinator

The RMA Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for playing a supporting role in the daily coordination of RMA operations within the territory assigned.  The scope involves coordinating the following functions: Vendor Relationship, Rework Coordinator for incoming projects, inventory processing, and quality audit for Rework.  Daily responsibilities will require detail data entry and processing for RMA processing, communicating with vendors and Sales Project Managers, maintaining service level agreement for Rework projects, and local inventory audits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive vendor to process and to monitor RMA performance to hit Service Level targets
  • Provide proactive updates on project performance and highlight any gaps
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy and Integrity through regular audits and check points
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Years of Education  

  •  BA/BS in business related field 

Work Experience

  • Minimum one year of Project Management or Reverse Logistics 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Passion for technology
  • Proactive and able to work well independently as well as in a team environment and cross functional teams
  • Strong ownership and organization skills
  • MS Visio and MS Excel in order to successfully execute projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • JIRA Process Experience
  • Experience working within reverse logistics or RMA center environments

Working Conditions:

  • Works in an office environment with Traveling to Local Vendor Locations < 50 miles
  • Requires sitting, standing, walking, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
