Job Description Overview: 
Retail Marketing Manager (individual contributor) – Partner internally and with Best Buy on strategic marketing opportunities by supporting the Sr. Marketing Manager with full funnel campaigns to drive the ASUS brands and products in the US.
This role requires a strong digital and in-store execution, consumer electronics product knowledge is preferred, and account management skills that deliver proven results. 
The Retail Marketing Manager leads always-on marketing activities, supports full funnel campaigns, and drives digital campaigns with Best Buy. This person will also leverage marketing analytics to determine, measure and communicate tactics’ effectiveness; adapting when needed for desirable sales results and marketing ROI. Competitive marketing analysis will also be required to measure ASUS’ brand presence, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to launch campaigns online and in-store. This person is effective at working strategically to plan and execute established marketing goals, supporting ASUS SBG products. 
The successful candidate has strong organizational skills, is detailed oriented, able to work well under tight deadlines, and cross-functionally, managing multiple campaigns at the same time. He/she has excellent written and verbal communication skills and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Work with the Sr. Marketing Manager and local marketing teams on strategy for US launches to include the retail customer and relevant messaging and target audiences.
  • Support full funnel campaigns and ASUS global launches at Best Buy.
  • Lead other SBG digital campaigns and work with key ecosystem partners to broaden ASUS products visibility in the US.
  • Plan, execute, adjust, and measure always-on marketing activities to obtain the best marketing and sales ROI.
  • Perform weekly competitive analysis by tracking marketing initiatives online and in-store.
  • Perform weekly product page reviews (end-consumer and media) analysis to obtain insights, identify potential issues and product sentiment.
  • Analyze wrap-up reports, data, and marketing insights to distill them into a meaningful and coherent story for full funnel and other digital campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support the right products in accordance with established sales goals.
  • Work with external agencies to execute and maintain in-store projects.
  • Lead in-store product and brand demo experiences (RDX), collaborating with ecosystem partners, local product management and global teams.
  • Lead digital updates on the ASUS brand store for new SBG launches. 
  • Daily contact with Best Buy Marketing including weekly calls to discuss open items and status
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with SBG-R team, and provide support in North America Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Support budget management in partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager and Retail Marketing Director.
Knowledge and Skills: 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of retail marketing, partnerships, joint campaigns, consumer electronics industry and working knowledge of the fundamentals of those products is preferred.
  • Ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional and global teams. 
  • Strong strategic mentality and analytical skills; ability to balance analytical and creative thinking. 
  • Ability to translate technology features into FABs (features, advantages, and benefits)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work with multiple projects at the same time.
  • Organized, proactive, meticulous multi-tasker with excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills in English.
    Required Qualifications: 
    Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or related.
    Work Experience 
    • 5+ years Retail marketing management
    • 5+ years of experience in working with or at Best Buy
    Preferred Qualifications: 

    Digital analytics and retail marketing experience is highly preferred.
