About the Internship Program
The Asplundh Summer Internship Program is designed to accelerate your growth and open doors to future career opportunities in the utility and vegetation management industry. Over 11 weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and exposure to industry best practice while contributing to projects that make a real impact.
You’ll collaborate with supportive managers and peers, participate in professional development sessions, and build connections that last well beyond the summer.
Role Overview
As a Procurement Analyst Intern, you will support the procurement team in planning, coordinating, and tracking key projects and initiatives that impact organizational efficiency. You will analyze procurement data to identify trends, assist with vendor management activities, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership. This role provides hands-on experience with procurement systems and offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements that drive cost savings and operational excellence.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn procurement systems and databases quickly.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
