About the Internship Program

Role Overview
As an Operations Data Insights Intern, you will support operational decision‑making by documenting processes, gathering detailed business and technical requirements, and performing quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across operational data. You will assist in validating datasets, mapping workflows, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate operational needs into clear documentation and actionable insights. This role provides hands‑on experience with requirements analysis, process documentation, and data quality validation—empowering you to contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Skills Required
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, structured materials.
- Ability to effectively gather and organize operational, business, and technical requirements.
- Detail‑oriented approach to QA, validation, and accuracy checks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and review.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and basic query writing (e.g., SQL) as an added bonus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled and working toward a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Coursework or project experience related to documentation, requirements gathering, QA, or process improvement.
- Interest in operational workflows, data quality, and insights‑driven decision‑making.
