ArborMetrics (AMS) is looking to add a Field Support Analyst to our team! WHAT YOU WILL DO:  

  • Ensure all program-related data is accurately recorded, stored, and accessible for analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain integrity of data systems for vegetation management, storm response, and quality assurance efforts.
  • Forecast and set goals for the program, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of all equipment assigned to the client, ensuring they are operational and compliant with program needs.
  • Create detailed tracking reports to monitor program progress, including financial and project updates.
  • Manage ECI and vendor oversight invoices and develop financial forecasts and plans for upcoming projects.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and ensure all project documentation is organized efficiently.


 WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
 

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to take initiative and think outside of the box to improve processes and overall operations.
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to represent ECI and its services in a professional and positive manner.
  • Strong knowledge of & experience in common computer applications, with the ability to learn new programs.
  • Proficient in Excel and other spreadsheet tools for financial tracking, project monitoring, and data analysis.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

 
 WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Forestry, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Working knowledge or practical experience in all aspects of integrated vegetation management in the utility field.
  • Local tree identification skills are preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented and timeline-driven individual.
  • Being Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

 

 

Work Environment

This is a hybrid work-from-home/client office and potential field work, dependent on need.  The conditions herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Work from an office setting, as well as with your team in an outdoor field environment, including though not limited to: vehicle and foot patrol of utility power lines; remote locations as well as urban, city environment; physical demands and travel from site to site, including walking/hiking on various surfaces including flat, dry, wet, slippery, uneven, rough, steep terrain, hills, and slopes; exposure to noise, dust, grease, and all types of weather and temperature conditions; exposure to hazardous traffic conditions. Physical Requirements

Must have sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting at a desk, as well as in a field environment; to walk up to 10 miles per day, stand, sit, and operate a motor vehicle for prolonged periods of time; to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, run, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp and make repetitive hand, arm and shoulder movement in the performance of daily duties (e.g., forcefully beat down brush); carry, push and/or pull light to heavy amounts of weight, frequently lift up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs. (sandbags); to operate assigned equipment and vehicles; ability to verbally communicate to exchange information with public; ability to see and hear in normal range with or without correction; operate assigned field equipment, including handheld computer, range finder, and traffic cone.
