About the Internship Program

Role Overview
As an L2 Analyst Intern, you will provide critical technical support for infrastructure and security systems, ensuring smooth operations and system reliability. You will assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, while documenting processes and contributing to the IT knowledge base. Working closely with experienced IT professionals, you will gain exposure to infrastructure management and cybersecurity practices, developing skills that are essential for a career in technology services.
