Administrative Assistant
Description
Job Overview: Provides diversified and confidential administrative support within a highly regulated nuclear environment, applying broad experience, organizational skills, and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with internal departments and external agencies to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
- Interfaces with employees at all levels of the organization to fulfill administrative responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day office functions including scheduling, correspondence, ordering supplies, and onboarding preparation for new hires
- Enters, maintains, and issues documents within the Nuclear Asset Management System (NAMS)
- Supports document control processes in compliance with nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Assists with records management, including digitizing and archiving documentation
- Supports special projects and initiatives as directed by management
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Prior experience in a nuclear, utility, or regulated industry setting
- Familiarity with document control or records management systems
