About the Internship Program

Role Overview
As an Application Development Intern, you will assist the Application Development group and IT team by supporting development, coding, and integration tasks across active projects. You will help design and implement new functionality, troubleshooting issues, and contribute to application improvement initiatives under the guidance of experienced team members. This role offers hands‑on experience with modern development processes and provides exposure to real‑world software solutions while strengthening your technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
 
Skills Required
  • Interest or experience in coding, design, and application development.
  • Familiarity with SQL is helpful.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with developers and IT stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications
  •  Preferably majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field — or a strong interest and some experience in these areas.
  •  Interest or foundational experience in application development, coding, or design.
  • Familiarity with SQL or query‑based tools is a plus.
