Administrative Support – Clerical
This position maintains and supports all office functions ensuring facility paper flow and documentation are complete and accurate. This position assists the Regional Compliance Manager and Regional Human Resources Liaison with day-to-day operations and special projects. The Administrative Support Assistant interfaces with all ULCS staff and associates, corporate associates, Regional employees, clients, and outside vendors.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Supports Regional Compliance Manager and Regional Human Resources Liaison and other management staff in daily clerical needs.
• Serve as the primary receptionist, overseeing front desk operations and managing incoming deliveries (mail, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Will handle inquiries, work requests and, at times, employee personnel information.
• Perform high-volume data entry and document processing to facilitate timely reporting and information flow.
• Responsible for ordering and distributing organizational resources such as email accounts, fuel cards, P-cards, iPhones, iPads, hot spots, laptops, and office supplies.
• Responsible for coordinating employee separations, ensuring proper deactivation of accounts and return of resources.
• Project administration – ensures deadlines and requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to ensure a professional office environment.
• Complete all other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
• Knowledge of office and business practices, equipment, and procedures.
• Must possess good planning, analysis, and organizing skills.
• Able to react to change productively and capable of meeting short deadlines.
• Able to pay close attention to details and identify/correct mistakes.
• Good and consistent attendance.
• Ability to keep confidential information private.
• Able to effectively manage competing priorities.
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Travel Requirements:
• Must have transportation to and from the show up location.
• Willing to travel out of state.
License & Certifications:
• Driver License Required.
Pre-Screen
