Ashoka - Holiday Mailing Associate (Temp)
Description
Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Acting as contact with printers and designers for holiday mailing materials
- Working with the CEO on specifics of mailing materials
- Update and confirm mailing recipients and categories
- Edit drafts of holiday materials
- Oversee mailing logistics of packages
- Assisting Executive Assistant and Correspondence team with holiday mailing-related tasks
The team member will be needed to work days around holidays and potentially on holidays.

Many of the skills that are needed in this role are soft skills. Many of them are listed below, but the project will require other skills that may come up.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to create systems
- High energy and calm manner – able to handle stressful situations and different personalities
- Able to anticipate what is going on and what could go wrong when planning and coordinating timelines/projects
- Able to thrive in multiple tasks but also understand how to prioritize project
- Able to manage ambiguity and take initiative without directions
Time Commitment:
- 40 hours/week; must be available to work on-site 5 days a week in our Rosslyn office.
- More hours may be available during high-peak work periods in December
