We are looking for:
ASG is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to oversee creative execution at Division 1:Creative, ASG’s Creative Agency service. We are looking for a driven leader with a passion for managing and growing a business, who can help bring new clients, service offerings, and expertise to our agency services. The Executive Producer will lead the agency in partnership with the Creative Director, driving forward the work and business strategy and setting the standard for the agency’s creative services. This role will work directly with clients to understand creative and strategy needs, and build innovative solutions to meet our client’s objectives. They will have discerning taste to execute top tier creative work.
The Executive Producer will oversee all creative production outputs from pre-production through post production, budgeting and scheduling through delivery. They will seamlessly manage all aspects of production, overseeing project workflow and owning communications with clients. They must have a deep understanding of all types of production including brand campaigns, videos, motion graphics, animation, websites, content creation, and event production creative. The EP should have an extensive network of talent, both individuals and vendors, to match the right creatives to the right work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attract world-class creative minds for our client’s projects and build a strong roster of contributors and external partners to bolster the team and to support a wide range of creative disciplines.
- Manage client relationships as primary point of contact, ensuring client’s objectives are met
- Continually develop and market new service offerings to our clients
- Support new business development and seek out new collaboration opportunities
- Apply the highest standard of quality across the team’s creative portfolio and provide feedback so that the creative solutions fulfill the client needs. Your experience will influence the final creative deliverables.
- Prioritize all deliverables and projects in the pipeline and ensure quality of work meets agency standards and client objectives.
- Negotiate SOWs, oversee financials across projects, and ensure work is delivered on budget and clients are invoiced correctly.
- Partner with the Creative Director and Account Manager to ensure all agency processes and systems are adequate to govern all production functions.
- Oversee creative teams, and external production partners as needed on execution of all project details.
- Line producing for video productions, which includes building timelines, managing releases, building call sheets, estimates and budgets.
- Work with the Accounting team to ensure all sold projects are invoiced correctly and with the creative operations team to on-board creatives to the project in a timely manner.
- License stock footage, music and still imagery
- High level media management + project organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years experience as a Senior Producer in a client-facing role at a creative agency or production house.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Producer or comparable role.
- Experience hiring and managing teams
- Experience with business development and client sales
- Experience managing multi-faceted, complex budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large interdisciplinary teams, vendors, and event staff.
- Experience managing multiple streams of work under tight deadlines.
- Diverse knowledge of various production disciplines including live action, animation, digital and print.
- Experience building and fostering a network of creative and production partners.
- Experience with production of video, motion graphics packages, brand campaigns and website development.
- A curious mind, who likes to stay current in new technologies available in production, always seeking innovative ways to make production easier, smoother and more efficient.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range for this position $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
