We are looking for:  
 
We are seeking a seasoned FAST/Linear Marketing Manager to support our client's Linear Channel. You will be responsible for coordinating media placements/PR and analyzing their effectiveness both within and external to the brand's ecosystem. The role requires a highly analytical mindset as well as a curiosity to seek out new possibilities. You will be comfortable thinking big and diving deep. You will be the single point of contact for specific areas of the business and will be the Linear team's expert for driving how and where we should grow our audience. 
  
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Work with programming and marketing to create programming blocks, both regular and seasonal
  • Create marketing asset requests in Airtable
  • Traffic and schedule promos and menu cards into daily schedules in CMS
  • Create and maintain internal calendar with partner editorial dates as well as programming stunt/blocks and HVE’s for planning purposes
  • Own and develop marketing placement strategies for a 24/7 Linear Channel, while delivering against key performance indicators with measurable results
  • Develop and present to leadership team messaging and positioning frameworks outlining priorities and communication goals
  • Maintain firm grasp of competitive trends to identify and assess opportunities
  • Experience managing media relationships and pitching stories to the media.
  • Establish partnerships and relationships with Internal Amazon Teams and external agents to bring strategic concepts to life
  • Identify and Negotiate placements with external partners to create tactical, targeted media campaigns.
  • Maximize budgets through optimizing media schedules based on KPIs (eg. budgetary, impressions, viewers)
  • Develop and fine-tune digital marketing strategies to exceed performance goals and drive measurable results.
  • Keep leadership and team members informed on campaign performance and key insights.
  • Analyze, track, and report campaign results on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and plans for new products and features to drive adoption 
Required Qualifications and Experience: 
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on strategy, execution, and adoption of new technologies
  • 3+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
  • Curiosity and bias for action looking for, proposing, and testing new advertising levers and formats
  • Experience in analyzing and creating meaningful action items using set data (SQL, Tableau, QuickSight)
  • Strong background in KPI-driven marketing, analytics, and optimization.
  • A track record of creating targeting segmentation experiments to guide needed next steps for the business
  • Must be comfortable and thrive in ambiguity and excited to adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams to execute cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet the deadlines outlined for a particular project.
  • Experience editing social content, shortform posts. Familiarity with Adobe Suite. 
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: 
  • 3+ years TV media buying experience from a digital agency or in house media buying rol
  • Understanding of basic Media Math principles including Gross to Net calculation, CPO (Cost per Order), CPM etc.
  • Experience speaking with and negotiation rates with TV networks
  • Experience developing social campaigns and working with creators/influencers
  • Has deep relationships within the digital media space, including industry publications 
Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time role offers a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
