  • ART Software Validation & Support

    • Execute regression testing using documented test cases

    • Validate new functionality and device support prior to rollout

    • Document and report test results and observed issues to the engineering teams

    • Provide remote hands support for software debugging, including communication of commands executed, observed errors, and relevant logs.

  • Device Testing & Certification Support

    • Assist with device testing, A/B comparisons, and performance validation.

    • Increase lab throughput by operating efficiently across multiple incoming requests and maintaining consistent test execution.

    • Support internal teams and on-site visitors during lab usage.

    • Produce clear test reports with observations and log analysis.

  • Internal & External Lab Support

    • Respond to technical and policy questions from internal teams and third-party labs

    • Review documentation and test results for lab accreditation

    • Analyze logs and reproduce issues locally when possible

    • Provide proactive status updates on workload, priorities, and expected timelines to internal stakeholders

  • Ability to write simple scripts to support lab workflows and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience working in acoustic test labs or controlled lab environments

  • Familiarity with audio signal chains, microphones, speakers, and ADC/DAC systems

  • Experience producing technical documentation or test reports

The goal of this role is to keep the lab running reliably while increasing the volume of completed tests and reducing the day-to-day burden on software engineers through strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication.
