We are looking for:

ASG LLC is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities: 
  1. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams and Google for Developers Web Team:
    1. Work closely with various internal teams, including product management, engineering, design, and content, to develop a comprehensive web content strategy for Developer Profiles.
    2. Engage with the Google for Developers web team to ensure alignment with their platform requirements, guidelines, and best practices.
    3. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to gather insights, align priorities, and drive consensus on content direction and execution.
  2. Coordinate Development and Deployment of Campaign Creatives:
    1. Liaise with creative agencies, growth marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and produce campaign creatives, including graphics, videos, landing pages, and other assets.
    2. Manage the end-to-end creative production process, from briefing and ideation to review and approval, ensuring deliverables are on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with campaign objectives.
    3. Oversee the timely deployment of campaign creatives across various marketing channels, such as email, social media, paid advertising, and web platforms, adhering to predefined schedules and launch timelines.
  3. Track, Document, and Communicate Key Campaign Milestones:
    1. Establish a robust system for tracking campaign milestones, decisions, and progress using project management tools, spreadsheets, and other documentation methods.
    2. Maintain detailed records of campaign activities, including timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and performance metrics, to facilitate transparency, accountability, and post-campaign analysis.
    3. Regularly communicate updates, insights, and learnings from campaigns to relevant stakeholders, such as leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners, through reports, presentations, and meetings.
  4. Execute and Track Marketing Campaigns to Drive Adoption of Developer Profiles:
    1. Take ownership of executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of Developer Profiles among target audiences.
    2. Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies leveraging email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and other promotional tactics to reach and resonate with developers.
    3. Monitor campaign performance in real-time, tracking key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive desired outcomes.
  5. Strategize and Implement Initiatives to Increase Engagement and Usage:
    1. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, preferences, and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing engagement and usage of Developer Profiles.
    2. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement product enhancements, feature updates, and usability improvements based on user insights and market trends.
    3. Develop and execute targeted engagement initiatives, such as webinars, tutorials, developer meetups, and community forums, to foster a vibrant and active ecosystem around Developer Profiles.

 

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign development, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in technology or software marketing, particularly within the developer community, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to manage campaign timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.

 

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000
