 You will have - 

  • A desire to learn

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data quality & data hygiene 
  • Familiarity with a quote to cash process in a services (or software) company
  • A degree and at least 3 years of experience of working in a global organization in a sales environment

 Good for you to have –

  • Experience with a software or services company
  • Experience in supporting a geographically dispersed Regional Sales team

 You will definitely possess these technical skills –

  • Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Data Management

 Bird’s eye view of your role –

You will be an integral part of the EMEA team and the Revenue Operations team. You will work cross-functionally with our sales, finance, legal, customer success and support teams to drive revenue for the business.  You will become the EMEA SME on the quote to cash process and work with the EMEA team to guide and support them in their day to day selling activities.  There will also be a project component to the role, and you will be engaged in initiatives to drive process improvements and improve data quality.

 What are your performance objectives –

  • Strive for 100% accuracy in quoting, processing and provisioning of customer orders
  • Identify areas for process and data quality improvement and help drive necessary changes
  • Identify gaps in knowledge / training needs for EMEA team members and work with the wider Rev Ops team to address and help make the team more self sufficient

 How will your lofty goals be translated into specific actions / short term goals –

  • Build strong relationships with EMEA and cross functional support teams
  • Understand our products well enough to be able to input to commercial conversations with the selling and support teams
  • Become the resident expert in our quote to cash process and our Salesforce instance
