 You will have - 

  • Minimum 12 years’ experience on Networking with hands-on experience on varied device vendors: Routing/Switching (Cisco, Juniper etc.) and Security (Check Point, Palo Alto, Juniper SonicWall, FortiGate, etc.)
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in training network technologies, of which at least 4 years’ in advanced/expert levels of networking

 Good for you to have –

  • Ability to work with data and uncover insights into the consumer mindset
  • Experience in building and delivering educational resources, including designing virtualized network training lab environments & administrating LMS systems (e.g. Moodle, etc.)

 You will definitely possess these technical skills –

  • Certification with professional-level or more of any Networking vendor across Routing/Switching and Security domains e.g. CCNP, JNCIP, etc. (advanced/expert-level preferred)
  • Certification with professional-level or more of any Linux vendor e.g. Red Hat, CompTIA, LPI, etc.

Bird’s eye view of your role –

In this role, you will deliver training content to new & existing employees of Aryaka as well as to Aryaka’s partners & customers. You'll have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching, with enthusiasm for technology, to drive learning and establish positive internal & external relationships. The spectrum for the technical training will span from Networking (Routing, Switching & Firewalling) to Systems (Basic Administration & Scripting).

 What are your performance objectives –

  • Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person technical training to customers and partners
  • Create pedagogy for various networking components of Aryaka’s products & services portfolio
  • Learner-focused training orientation and commitment to quality in all aspects related to content delivery
  • Collaborate with technology & business SMEs to develop learning content
  • Assist in developing and maintaining high quality training materials including self-paced recorded training sessions, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials
  • Mentor internal and external authorized instructors / team leaders / Subject Matter Experts as part of a ‘Train the Trainer’ program
  • Develop and retain an up-to-date knowledge of current & best working practices
  • Carry out course monitoring and evaluation collating participants training & publish assessment report every fortnightly/monthly
  • Maintain the quality and consistency of course content throughout the life cycle of Aryaka’s products & services portfolio
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community

How will your lofty goals be translated into specific actions / short term goals –

First Month (30 days):

  • Understanding all of the Aryaka’s products & services portfolio
  • Demonstrated capability of the understanding
  • Create fully functional labs of the various products & services with virtualization wherever possible

 First Quarter (90 days):

  • Discussion with technical teams across the various within the company (like Engg./QA/SI/etc.)
  • Involvement in enhancing the LMS (Moodle) with rich & user-friendly UI to increase adoption
  • Creation of various courses in LMS by compiling content from across multiple videos & other training material
  • Creating working models for the segregated & parallel/distributed usage of the lab
  • Created dashboards for tracking of the courses training attendance, completion, etc.
  • Conducted at least 1 workshop for all engineers to adopt LMS & create awareness on training

 First Mid-Yr. (180 days):

  • Demonstrated engagement with mindshare in technical discussions
  • Have at least 6 fully compiled courses with 100% attendance/completion of the courses
  • Conducted at least 3 workshops for all engineers to adopt LMS & create awareness on training
