As a Sales Operations Digital Program Assistant at Arteris, you will assist Sales manage Sales Ops Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics of Sales and AE systems and events
  • Manage Social and Digital Media communications
  • Support Sales and AE activities such as driving production of customer training and support videos, assist in maintaining Sales and AE databases, other ad hoc tasks in support of Sales, etc
  • Help maintain and update customer information in Sales systems (license and customer backlog for example)
  • Assist in communicating with other departments within the company

Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a minimum of 1 year of general office & social media experience (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Extreme discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to browse social media platforms for sales and relevant related information
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to project manage digital media programs and events
