Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will ignite and manage rapid revenue growth in our dealer sales efforts.  We are looking to add an invaluable member to the sales team, who has the vision, drive, and interpersonal skills to succeed in a double-digit growth environment. Our high-quality sales professional generates new business, upsells layered applications and leverages integrations for revenue sharing. This position will be fast paced, with heavy emphasis on commitment to high call volume and customer feedback. Your strong efforts and ability to schedule and build new customer pipelines will be rewarded with our commission plan! Qualified candidates must reside in The Netherlands.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
  • Work in a remote environment.
  • Cold call dealerships nationwide, make introductions, and assess their needs.
  • Bridge Sales Team and Support Team to ensure customers have all of the solutions available to help their business grow.
  • Research dealerships that would benefit from our services.
  • Build rapport with business decision makers.
  • Schedule online demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Manage full cycle sales process.
  • Cultivate client relationships and industry knowledge.
  • Foster growth and development of industry accounts.
  • Engage in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Address objections and deliver persuasive rebuttals.
  • Implement a proven sales system.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Associate degree (preferred).
  • 2+ years' experience proven track record of lead generation or related work experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide the sales process from prospecting to Territory Manager hand-off.
  • Comfortable thriving in a high-volume work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Business acumen demonstrated with small business owners.
  • Proficient in English/Spanish/French/German.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing products such as SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.
