What will you be doing?
 

We are seeking a talented and motivated SEO & Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in both SEO and paid media, with a proven track record of driving organic and paid traffic to websites.  You’ll be working in a global business, across multiple time zones and with many stakeholders, so excellent project management and communication skills are critically important.

 

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, radiates a can-do attitude, has positive energy, is capable of working through ambiguity, and has the commitment and pace to support the delivery of our SEO strategy, and deliver our paid media channels for marketing campaigns that build the brand and produce high-quality sales leads.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and phrases for SEO campaigns.
  • Optimise website content for improved search engine visibility, including meta tags, headers, and images.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, such as link building, content optimisation, and technical SEO audits.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO.
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to optimise targeting for paid campaigns.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visual assets for paid media campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance, including budget allocation, bid management, and A/B testing.
  • Generate regular reports and analyses to track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Support the development and maintenance of SEO and Paid activity dashboards that will provide insights to the business.
  • Work with the wider marketing function, showcasing the benefits of SEO and paid media strategies and engaging in the optimisation and use of paid channels.

 

 

 

 

What we’re looking for in you:

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in SEO and paid media, with a strong understanding of both disciplines.
  • Proficient in SEO tools as well as advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions, additionally using the insights to explain outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience using project management tools like Jira or monday.com
  • Certifications, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, are a plus.
