What we’re looking for

 

In this role, you will report to the Company Secretarial Officer and be responsible for managing the smooth operation of client due diligence processes. The role will work closely with the global sales team to ensure the timely completion of new and existing client KYC requirements, contributing to securing the revenue growth of the company. The KYBP & Company Secretarial Assistant will also develop robust working relationships with multiple departments across our global locations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

This is a well-rounded position requiring close collaboration with the business operations and Finance team. Culturally, this will suit a confident, outgoing and detailed orientated individual seeking a hands-on role within a collegiate and vibrant team environment.

 

  • Provide a dedicated client due diligence support service for the global sales team.
  • Collaborate with global finance, IT, HR, compliance, legal and commercial teams to collate due diligence information for clients.
  • Manage a client due diligence inbox, organizing and prioritizing requests.
  • Maintain a database of all due diligence requests and progress status.
  • Manage third party platform submissions where required.
  • Provide regular updates on due diligence progress to the sales team.
  • Ensure support for due diligence requirements in consulting tender processes.
  • Collate and submit KYC information as required by banks, regulatory bodies, vendors and other parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of due diligence submissions.
  • Create and maintain a record of key due diligence information responses.
  • Ad hoc task as required by the Company Secretarial Officer.

  • Excellent communicator who can develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of Argus to navigate unique and tailored customer onboarding processes.
  • High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to collate and present relevant data and information.
  • A pro-active and highly organised individual.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Brings a positive and helpful approach and partners well with people at all levels within the organisation.
  • A resilient and determined character who works well with external parties as necessary as part of a global team.
  • Excellent Word and SharePoint skills.
