What will you be doing?

 

Reporting to the VP of Training and Enablement, you will be responsible for the Sales Training and Enablement content creation as well as supporting the Training team in the delivery and implementation of sales training initiatives. The role includes management of day-to-day communication across the Sales and Marketing organisation and other functions across the business.

 

You will work closely with the Global Head of Sales Operations and the VP of Enablement and Training to develop content for regular sales and marketing update meetings, training interventions, as well as business updates, product launches, new frameworks and systems that support the global sales and marketing teams.

The role will support the wider sales enablement team in delivering training to the sales organisation.

This is a Global position, reporting into Sales Training, part of the Global Sales function.

 

To be successful in this role you will be highly goal-oriented and must instinctively understand how to build trust and credibility with internal stakeholders. You will apply your previous experience in designing and delivering content and/or training initiatives experience to working with our cross-functional teams to collaborate in aligning tools, frameworks and communication to training initiatives and the sales strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

This role focuses on:

 

Sales Enablement

 

  • Provides the content, processes, practices and tools needed to support salespeople throughout the buyer’s journey – works collaboratively with sales, marketing, editorial, business development and other key stakeholders to increase sales results and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to collect information and insights necessary for content generation.
  • Support Training VP and colleagues to deliver key training initiatives including onboarding of new hires, Go to Market and other sales related training interventions
  • Works with the product and Editorial teams to support and manage the communication of new products and product enhancements to update and educate the sales team.
  • Partners with Marketing, Business Development, Editorial and Finance to align sales and client-facing material to the frameworks and methodologies introduced by Sales Training – partner with these functions to translate content into material that resonates with customers.
  • Supports in ad-hoc projects aimed at improved sales productivity and efficiency

 

Communication

 

  • Manages the logistics and agenda of the ongoing communication between the HQ Sales Leadership and Sales (e.g. monthly Sales meetings, sales newsletter, quarterly sales leadership meetings, annual sales kick-off, etc.).
  • Collaborates with Sales Training, Sales Ops and internal subject matter experts in the creation of the content and material for the ongoing communication initiatives.
  • Maintains and updates Argus content platform for Sales

 

What we’re looking for in you

 

  • A Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience within sales, sales enablement or sales training, with experience in designing and implementing successful sales enablement/training programmes.
  • Project and process management skills, with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines - with measurable outcomes, delivered on time and on target.
  • Excellent written skills ( ability to copy, synthesise ideas, write in engaging styles).
  • High proficiency in using PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, platforms for webinars; experience in graphics design.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functions and different seniority levels (cross-function collaboration and stakeholder management).
  • Team player, accountable, self-motivating, with a high energy level.
