What will you be doing?
Argus is seeking a Temporary Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Americas Marketing Team, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
This role is to support the delivery, organization, and execution of the Americas marketing strategy while an existing team member is on maternity leave, working as part of the wider Americas Regional Marketing Team with the goal of producing high-quality sales leads and continuing to build the local Argus brand. To do so, you will work closely with other marketing functions and become a strategic partner to the Sao Paulo-based sales, client services, editorial and business development teams.
You will be expected to support the implementation of marketing activities – events, webinars, email marketing and social media; collaborate with key stakeholders across Latin and North America (product marketing, marketing communications, operations, and sales); support the release of new marketing content: global materials adaption, text, and layout revision; and adhering to internal processes.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and positive energy as a team player. They will also be capable of being the sole marketing representative in that office yet be well-connected and collaborate with the wider regional and global marketing team.
What we’re looking for in you:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese in support of verbal, written and communications skills.
- Ability to execute a given marketing strategy, deploying the appropriate mix of marketing tactics to:
- Generate marketing-qualified leads
- Source new contacts
- Strengthen the Argus brand
- Identify and work with partners to deliver high-quality, localized marketing activities that drive targeted demand generation (e.g. local industry events, associations, advertising placements).
- Engage proactively with production and regional marketing teams to review plans, share local requirements, and provide feedback.
- Continuously test, analyses and track all regional marketing activity results, including KPIs and ROI, and apply these learnings to future activity.
- High energy, enthusiastic individual and good communication skills. Attention to detail, highly organized and able to multi-task. Independent, autonomous, and adaptable to change.
- Meeting of deadlines. Supporting marketing metrics (e.g. marketing campaign engagement rates, event ROI).
- Ability to partner with regional sales; product marketing; marketing operations; creative marketing; sales enablement; sales operations.

This is a Hybrid position – it is expected from you to be in the office located in Sao Paulo, three times per week.
Travel (include percentage of travel and if national/ international)
Up to 10% local/national travel.
Hours
8 hours per day (from Monday to Friday), with 1 hour for lunch – from March to December 2023
