What will you be doing?

Lead the execution of an efficient and timely KYC (Know Your Customer) sanctions checking system, based on a Dow Jones database solution and subsequently then analyse the results and initiate initiation of the appropriate acceptance or rejection, in line with the Argus policy. You will also, ensure all related areas of uncertainty are raised to be addressed by the Argus Legal and Compliance teams. You will also maintain a list of high risk entities for Senior Management’s reference

Maintain a list of high risk entities and delivery Deliver of a Know Your Business Partner (KYBP) system to ensure all material Vendors/Suppliers are carefully checked for ethical standards prior to acceptance into the Argus supply chain.

Supervise and oversee the company-wide supplier contracts’ database including ad-hoc support to the Compliance team on project type activities and potential support for Company Secretarial activities.

Act as Key coordination point to handle all incoming third party ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) questionnaires in support of our Sales’ activities as well as, analyse the questionnaires and network appropriately with other Argus teams to gather the relevant information and complete the questionnaires. Over time, you will develop and maintain a library of approved standard answers for slotting into these questionnaires, and maintain a full record of all requests received and the answers provided.
