Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Mumbai

 

What we are looking for?

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening Applications: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the talent pipeline and improve hiring processes.
  • Data Management: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws during the recruitment process.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in executive search / headhunting
  • Strong understanding of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
