Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational, time management, administrative and IT skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, having strong problem solving and decision-making skills, effective at multi-tasking and a good understanding of the recruitment process is key.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews for open positions, create interview agendas and communicate with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters including schedule changes
- Coordinate all formalities for candidate interviews onsite and via video conferencing and ensure each candidate completes a CCA and employment application
- Prepare candidate offer letters, ensuring accuracy of information and forwarding through DocuSign for signature
- Manage contractor contract process; liaise with/train/answer questions from hiring managers; work with hiring managers and agencies to obtain SOWs for new hires/changes/extensions; share onboarding overview with contractor and hiring manager; enroll contractor in onboarding meetings; confirm end dates; back up for submission of new hires/changes/extensions/offboarding in Workday
- Assist with intern program: prepare offer letters, create intern files, send onboarding forms, input intern onboarding and offboarding into Workday; be onsite POC for intern events and meetings
- Create and manage HR POs and contracts; maintain and update HR organizational chart
- Assess, suggest and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor degree a plus
- 4+ years HR or talent acquisition coordination experience required. Experience scheduling in TA or for executives is preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Highly computer literate with capability in email and MS Office
- Superior organizational, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
This role will be based at our Hayward, CA location. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position. The actual salary may vary based on various factors including, without limitation, individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, internal equity and alignment with market data.
