Large Format Digital Printing Center Manager (Orlando, FL)  

Riot Creative Imaging in Orlando is seeking a location manager. If you have a background in large-format digital printing, then this might be a job for you. The manager will be responsible for managing all phases of production; This includes everything from, working with our account reps, pre-press, and production teams, to project reviews, quality control systems, delivery, and installation. Riot’s focus is the delivery of superior customer service and outstanding products worldwide.

Responsibilities:                                  

 P&L responsibility for the center  

Direct and coordinate the processing and distribution of all work originating in the wide format department
•Manage and supervise production team
•Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
•Develop specific goals to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
•Implement production tracking and better quality control systems.
•Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
•Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of print-related equipment.
•Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs.
•Institute employee suggestion or involvement.   

   

Skills and Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in large-format digital printing
•2+ years in a management role in the printing industry  

Project management  

Background in Sales will be helpful as this position has direct interaction with customers    

•Organized and detail-oriented                                                                                                                                                      
•Knowledge of Adobe Suite, RIP software, Excel, Word, and Outlook   

•Technical knowledge in large-format digital printing, and color graphics, including direct-to-substrate, roll-feed and fabric printing and finishing, lamination, mounting, and digital routing
•Willing to extend hours of work when needed to meet customer demands and shop goals
•High School Diploma/GED required
