FM Onsite Coordinator
Description
Position Summary
Supports and understands FM/MPS‑specific solutions by providing high‑quality service through exemplary onsite customer service and accurate task execution. Consistently exceeds client expectations by demonstrating a “Whatever it Takes” attitude while delivering the highest‑quality solutions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail received via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
- Prioritize and complete work requested by staff.
- Perform reprographics tasks such as hole punching, laminating, binding, and folding.
- Conduct general maintenance of machines in the reprographics room.
- Maintain and control supplies for all copiers and printers at the facility.
- Perform wide‑format printing.
- Perform small‑format printing.
- Complete scanning tasks.
- Handle finishing tasks (binding, collating).
- Assist with collecting data for space allocations.
- Provide receptionist coverage during PTO and lunch breaks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required.
- 1–3 years of experience in a print room or related environment.
- 1–3 years of onsite administrative customer service experience.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills that support positive outcomes.
- Proficient problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
