Who we’re looking for: 

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring quality control and efficient production processes? ARC Document Solutions is seeking a Document Scanning Production Manager to oversee all activities related to document scanning and digitization projects, both large and small format. 

In this role, you will supervise and coordinate all tasks associated with document scanning and digitization projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with customers, manage production activities, and provide input on company direction and policy changes. 

In this role you will: 

  • Interface with customers regarding scheduling, job status, and general inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Plan and direct production activities, establish priorities, and inspect supplies and products for conformity to specifications.
  • Collaborate with management to establish production and quality control standards, develop budgets, and optimize cost effectiveness.
  • Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to maximize resource utilization.
  • Review production reports, analyze nonconformities, and revise schedules as needed.
  • Supervise and train employees, enforce safety regulations, and motivate workers to achieve goals.
  • Maintain records, develop operating procedures, and contribute to sales needs at customer sites.

  

Requirements: 

  •       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  •       Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret technical procedures and regulations.
  •       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  •       Ability to analyze data, solve practical problems, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
