Who we’re looking for: 

ARC is looking for a Full-time Scanning Specialist to help us continue to provide the best and continued excellent service for our customers. In this role, you will complete production activities concerned with all AIM Services small format and large format, performed at our location. Activities include all processes related to assuming and returning custody of customer documents, tracking and inventory control of source documents, document preparation, image acquisition, document indexing, image processing, and scanning images into appropriate systems/software. 

In this role you will: 

  • Review projects carefully to determine the type of work to be done.
  • Operate document Scanning equipment and execute production activities and priorities for customer projects.
  • Work with AIM scanning, prepping, and indexing
  • Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
  • Inspects and maintains AIM equipment and supplies as required for operation of the business to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Confers with branch manager and client to establish production and quality control standards and procedures.
  • Assists in planning production commitments or timetables for customer projects, or jobs.
  • Maintains time and production records.
  • Monitors, records, and reports inventory.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Assist with pick-Up and Drop offs
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and align operations and sales processes to achieve business results
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, resourcefully with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Computer technology aptitude
  • Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, & Adobe
  • Knowledge with document imaging principals and mechanics
