Junior Associate, Consulting Firm Operations

The Junior Associate, Consulting Firm Operations plays key role on the company’s enterprise team, providing support for recruiting, marketing, and business operations and develop new business proposals for our consulting practice. They are an excellent technical writer and communicator, love to organize and work on multiple tasks, and constantly learn new things. They are a self-starter and apply critical thinking to business challenges. Relevant internships or 1 year of experience strongly desired. The Junior Associate loves to work in a team environment, win new business, reach out to colleagues, support project teams, and help develop our future workforce.
Responsibilities
- Support our Enterprise team with recruiting, human resources support, business development, marketing, and business operations for a growing, fast-paced consulting firm
- Support and lead initiatives to help the company evolve and grow
- Support and look for opportunities to lead company-wide initiatives to enhance operations and implement the company's strategic plan
- Collaborates with the Enterprise team to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Contribute to and model our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping employees to grow and develop
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a relevant professional work environment or directly relevant internships
- Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to work on multiple workstreams concurrently, collaborating with a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent technical writing ability, and ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to organize many tasks and work effectively on
- Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
- Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred)
- Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree and/or human resources certifications desired but not required. Business experience strongly desired.

The projected salary range for this position is $70,0000 to $95,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. At Arc Aspicio, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
