The SharePoint Developer (Justice Programs) develops the performance management SharePoint site and provides subject matter expertise in strategic planning, analysis, and performance management. This role requires 3+ years of experience developing and administering SharePoint sites. Experience with justice programs or grants management is required.

Hybrid Work Environment: Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where employees work at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date, ready to work with their team.

Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and update performance management SharePoint site, including publishing, creating, editing, and adding performance management webpages
Design data visualization and performance dashboards
Create training and user resources, including FAQs and user guides, and training on the SharePoint site
Develop graphics, tables, and appendices and design, customize, and maintain library including archived and outdated files
Collaborate closely with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results
Apply excellent research, analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
Contribute to our company culture, which promotes collaboration, learning, and helping others to grow and develop

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant experience in providing SharePoint assistance for Government clients
Experience in grants and program management
Experience and knowledge of the Federal grant lifecycle, preferably in justice programs
Strong communications and presentations skills and ability to present insights to clients
Enthusiasm to collaborate with others and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
Excellent work ethic in a dynamic, complex, and challenging environment and self-motivated with the ability to take on more responsibility quickly
Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
Ability to focus and pay attention to detail while remaining focused on a strategic, big picture objective
Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social science research or related area
Critical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage

Total Rewards: Salary is just one element of our Total Rewards which includes compensation, benefits, bonuses, professional development, and other career opportunities. The projected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $88,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. At Arc Aspicio, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
