Grants Management Support Associates (Justice Programs) are junior consulting associates who support mission-critical projects in justice and law enforcement. They have a 4-year college degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in grants management and/or technical and training assistance, in a fast-paced environment. They work on a motivated and collaborative team to perform on challenging projects and learn quickly.  

Hybrid Work Environment: Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment with employees at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and, as approved, remotely. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date.

Responsibilities:      

• Serve as primary point of contact for all performance measurement related support
• Provide exceptional customer service and performance related support
• Problem-solve, perform basic research, and escalate issues when needed
• Join our consulting practice to support projects and company growth initiatives, managing multiple workstreams at one time
• Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results
• Apply excellent consulting, research, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
• Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience grants management, research and problem solving, technical and training assistance, and/or performance measurement in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in law enforcement and justice missions and projects
• Direct experience working with customers and stakeholders and providing support and delivering high quality work products in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
• Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred)
• Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
• Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Critical Skills: Strong work ethic, outstanding written and oral communication, collaboration excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented
