What You’ll Do 

Business Operations is the drumbeat of the business and how we operate in unison across every function to deliver against our strategic and business goals. We’re looking for a strategic operational senior leader who wants to have a significant impact in the growth trajectory of a high-growth Saas business.

This leader collaborates across every function in the business and very closely with the leadership team by driving the operating rhythm of the business through lightweight and thoughtful activities, tools, and communications that power the achievement of our business goals. This role also has responsibility for a portfolio of strategic cross-functional initiatives critical to scaling our long-term growth

  • Communication Skills.  Has authentic communication skills including transparency and clarity in both formal and informal settings. Applies exceptional presentation skills to distill complex information into simple concepts & compelling stories.


  • 15+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product management, program management or operations roles.
  • Demonstrated success working in an agile environment on multiple projects.
  • Experience and familiarity with Pricing & Packaging Strategy, Market and Competitive Intelligence and Enterprise Risk Management programs is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track-record of building new programs and processes, driving alignment and change management to effectively launch, operate and improve the programs. (B2B SaaS or FinTech experience is highly preferred).
  • Strategic thinker and detail oriented problem solver that is highly self-motivated with bias for action.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and experience navigating and influencing in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to dive into the details to understand business implications and define actions and recommendations and drive alignment and execution across business stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented mindset focused on right-sized ways to solve problems with a long-term strategic outlook.
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex issues into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • People leadership experience building and managing a high-performing team of specialists.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
