As a Content Producer, you will create high-quality, scalable help and learning content and experiences that support a growing learning community. In conjunction with Product Managers, and the Training and Engagement Team, the Content Producer will design, develop, and produce solutions that align with the needs of customers in order to support and enable them to use a new product effectively and efficiently. The Content Producer must possess technical knowledge and/or experience developing technical learning resources including creating learning objectives, eLearning, and instructional materials across a range of media not limited to written documentation and video production. In addition, the Content Producer should be able to learn technical concepts quickly in order to distill and break down complex concepts for customers.

Job Functions

  • Design and develop creative, learner-centered, outcome-based help and training materials
  • Collaborate with customers internal and external to gather learning requirements and feedback
  • Support learning content projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation
  • Develop instructional materials (tutorial, digital interactives, user guides, audio and video scripts, storyboards, etc.) that transform technical information into professionally written, engaging instruction and or help content 
  • Create templates and style guides in conjunction with content produced, and Content Manager direction. 
  • Work on team projects that deliver impact and influence to increase customer engagement and conversion
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
  • Experience communicating technical concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals; conducting quality analysis reviews of online instructional materials; and writing and editing skills
  • Experience producing and delivering impactful video content
  • Relentlessly high standards and an eye for detail
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
  • Passion for technology and learning technology
  • Demonstrated obsession regarding the customer experience; continually inspiring others to do better for the customer
