As a Utility Management Specialist you will be working with a Team of versatile talent to pioneer new products, onboard new Customers, and become a subject matter expert in the Customer Success realm.

A typical day may include, but is not limited to:

  • Mastering the product through your individual onboarding and continued learning 
  • Partnering with the Engineering Team to provide feedback on current and future enhancements
  • Providing product training to increase Customer product knowledge
  • Enhancing the Customer experience by being a trusted advisor
  • Identifying trends and providing recommended solutions
  • Tactfully challenging the status quo, when necessary
  • Finding efficiencies and implementing processes to improve Customer sustainability
  • Serving as an AppFolio brand ambassador to create promoters within industry

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving
  • Experience with Agile methodology preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of integrity and flexibility
  • Exceptional Customer relationship building skills
  • Excels in operating in a highly ambiguous environment 
  • Strong curiosity with the desire to learn and grow
