What You'll Do:

The Training Manager is responsible for new hire on-boarding, new product feature training and ongoing product training across all areas of the Client Services organization. This role serves as a product subject matter expert and will develop internal and external collateral to educate our employees and customers on MyCase best practices.

 Responsibilities:   

  • Develop and oversee the new hire on-boarding program for all new customer facing MyCase employees.
  • Continually assess and seek opportunities to scale the new hire on-boarding program to stay current and effective.
  • Stay abreast of technology resources to continually enhance training experience.
  • Manage the MyCase Knowledge Base and maintain help articles.
  • Collaborate with Product Team to develop internal content and trainings for new product features and initiatives.
  • Continually develop and update videos to ensure content reflects the latest product features and UI design.
  • Manage webinar calendar and optimize for maximum attendance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years developing content and new employee training in the SaaS/technology industry
  • A track record of sparking improvements in learning strategy and content through collaboration and testing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Highly organized and strong ability to multi-task
