Director, Field Sales
Description
- Develop and execute strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) plans to drive +50% YoY New Business growth
- Lead an enterprise-level sales organization, ensuring performance excellence to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Cultivate strong executive-level partnerships with Marketing to align sales and marketing strategies and maximize market impact
- Partner and drive alignment with the Business Development Representative (BDR) organization to ensure robust pipeline generation and support for sales initiatives
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Product teams to influence and drive roadmap strategy, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs
- Organize and oversee Field Marketing Executive Events to accelerate pipeline velocity and enhance market awareness.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Field sales or enterprise sales leadership roles
- Experience recruiting, developing, and overseeing enterprise teams and expanding into new markets, with a proven track record in strategic and operational Go-To-Market strategies
- Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing an organization to achieve and exceed sales targets, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Ability to establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships, particularly with Marketing, to drive collaborative business outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to executive-level stakeholders
- 50% travel requirement
