Sr. Account Executive - IM
Description
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas using AppFolio sales methodologies.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities through direct prospecting and lead follow.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the AppFolio Investment Manager products and services.
- Effectively drive AppFolio’s sales process from initial engagement to close.
- Document all sales activity in Salesforce & meet daily key performance indicators.
- Follow direction provided by peers and Sales Management to consistently improve and grow your skill set and career.
- 8+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in tech
- 6+ years experience selling SaaS and/or financial/accounting applications preferred
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology a plus
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience a plus
- Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions
- Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment
- Proven record of success exceeding assigned quotas through prospecting and tele-sales
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Powerpoint, Zoom
