Data Migration Specialist I
Description
- Collect, organize, and interpret customer data. Verify that the information and the overall structure is mapped precisely by asking clarifying questions to mitigate corrections needed.
- Ensure that projects are running smoothly and efficiently by utilizing formulas to map data quickly and accurately. Instill confidence in data integrity and set customers up for success with the Investment Manager product.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the industry as well as our policies and procedures.
- Own projects, timelines, customer communication, and outreach to ensure projects keep moving forward.
- Use every point of customer contact as an opportunity to convey professionalism, subject matter expertise, and industry/product knowledge.
- Analyze current processes and identify automation or process improvements opportunities.
- Develop strong customer relationships to create promoters and build the foundation for long term partnerships.
- Mentor new team members to help them feel comfortable and welcomed to the team.
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to effectively balance multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to follow through on tasks until completed.
- Analytical capabilities for advanced problem solving and ability to find creative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong curiosity and desire to learn.
- Capacity to be flexible and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.
- Real estate, finance and/or investment management knowledge preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Google Suite/Gemini preferred.
