IT Support Specialist
Description
- Address tickets in queues quickly and efficiently
- Suggest improvements to processes, individual productivity, and costs.
- Maintain inventory of company assets and equipment
- Set up new employees and coordinate employee moves onto existing and expanding networks
- Perform hands-on equipment configuration (Mac, PC, Monitors, Phones, Audiovisual)
- Troubleshoot and maintain all hardware associated with end-user computing, including printers, workstations, and phones
- Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation
- Inspect and maintain conference rooms
- Take ownership and manage critical IT systems
- Experience troubleshooting advanced computer issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Excellent and creative problem-solving skills. You don’t need to know everything, but you need to know how to find the solution.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and willing to teach, learn, and be a generalist
- Ability to travel to other AppFolio hub locations as needed, lift 25 lbs, and work in person 5 days a week
- 2+ years of background in technical documentation and ticketing systems
- Experience working with audio-visual equipment.
