Job Title: Director, Clinic Marketing
Department: Southern California Care Delivery  
 
About the Role:  
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Director of Marketing to lead growth and marketing efforts for our primary care and specialty clinics. This role will report to the VP, Southern California Care Delivery. This is a hybrid role where the expectation is to work both in office and from home on a weekly basis. 
What You'll Do: 
  • Plan, implement, and track in-person events focused on growth, such as health fairs, open houses, T65 / Medicare 101 talks, and doc talks.
  • Develop and execute playbook to market new providers and new clinics.
  • Conduct field marketing through swag giveaways, billboards, and placements with local businesses.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with brokers.
  • Manage the digital presence of various clinic brands, including website content / SEO, online reviews, social media, and online advertising.
  • Leverage the physical presence of the clinics for growth and marketing purposes.
  • Outreach existing patients regarding health/quality initiatives.
  • Establish metrics for each marketing initiative and guide data collection and analysis to quantitatively measure success
  • Own internal marketing, hosting town halls and managing internal communications.
Minimum qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare marketing, preferably for clinics or an integrated health system
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing projects, including developing project plans, identifying and solving blockers, and reporting on status
  • Data analysis skills
  • Complete proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong interest in transforming the healthcare industry

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions: 
  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Ave, 2nd Floor, Alhambra, CA 91801.
  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $120,000.00 and $150,000.00. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
