Job Title: Marketing Coordinator *Hybrid* (Inland Empire)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and initiatives that support the company’s brand and business objectives. Experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills, be an independent thinker with a creative mindset. 

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare broker directories, and other marketing related information for distribution.  Work with IS Department as needed to accomplish task.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing events, community activities, broker seminars, etc.
  • Responsible for sending and tracking event invitations.
  • Answer marketing related calls and assists in the promotion of special products.
  • Conduct market research, to identify community outreach opportunities within the Inland Empire.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing supplies and brochures, updating to ensure accuracy when needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing activities through various Microsoft Office applications
  • Maintain marketing databases, tracking leads and provider interactions.
  • Assist with social media management, including posting content and monitoring engagement.
  • Perform other duties as necessary or assigned by the Manager/Director

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing or related field.  Associate degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills characterized by the ability to communicate effectively with varying audiences
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven PC skills – Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated and able to work with multiple teams simultaneously
  • One year or more working in Managed Care or Doctor’s office setting

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 3975 Jackson St., Riverside, CA 92503.
  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $20.00 - $24.00/hr. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
