About the Role:           

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our fast-growing team (based in Los Angeles). This is a hybrid role where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis.   

What You'll Do:            

  • Manage and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel for executives supported and when necessary, members of their team.
  • Ensure supported executives are prepared with all materials and information for meeting, events, and travel by compiling reports and/or presentations.
  • Enable the effectiveness of the executive by prioritizing and leading activities, ensuring important topics are communicated in a timely and organized manner, and proactively identifying other areas in which further support can be provided in areas of significance.
  • Respond effectively to inbound phone calls and emails from investors – helping to prioritize and schedule response and/or follow-up meetings. At times, the volume of inbound calls is significant and maintaining a professional interaction with investors is critical. 
  • Maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
  • Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed

Qualifications:            

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information required. Discrete and professional. Upholds the highest ethical standards.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products.
  • Must be able to work independently utilizing all resources available while staying within the boundaries of duties.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to creatively solve problems.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:           

  •  Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The 2 offices are located at 1668 S Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801, and 1600 Corporate Center Drive, Monterey Park, CA 91754.
  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $25 - $28 per hour. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
