About the Role:
We are seeking an Application Support Analyst. As an Analyst, you’ll be providing basic technical assistance for external physicians and clinical personnel that are using our various web portals. These portals are part of the tools used to help deliver high quality care in the most cost effective and efficient way.
What You'll Do:
- Become familiar with the web portal and provide basic technical assistance and training for online web-based portal system utilizing multiple forms of communication (phone, e-mail, messaging or fax) and internal applications for troubleshooting
- Responds efficiently to a variety of queries from external entities, including physicians and clinical personnel, in regards to web portal issues or inquiries
- Serves as web portal system administrator by verifying, updating, or creating user accounts as required
- Monitors web portal system and enhancement requests on a constant basis, and handles testing of portal updates and modifications
- Performs other Application Support duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry, technical support experience with web-based portal systems preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and strong organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently; willingness to learn and provide assistance to others
- Associate degree or higher preferred; Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university a plus; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Knowledge of healthcare terminology a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with others in multiple languages a plus

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remotely based in the U.S.
- The target pay range for this role is: $20 - $28/hr. This range represents our national target range for this role.
