About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist with strong experience in public relations, advertising, and marketing analytics to support the growth of the MSO & IPA. You will coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, including event management, media communications, and broker relations, to support the company's strategic goals.
What You'll Do:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and community outreach events, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategy.
  • Analyze event data to derive actionable insights and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with brokers, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and coordinate media communications and marketing collateral, working closely with graphic designers.
  • Strategize content creation across media platforms to enhance brand recognition and cross-cultural communication.
  • Address concerns and issues from brokers and agencies regarding member authorization, claims, and eligibility.
  • Conduct analytical research to identify trends and develop creative marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic support for membership retention and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials, track data, and manage orders.
  • Travel to broker offices and event venues as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, broker relations, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Experience in managed care, health plans, or medical groups is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies, with experience using Google Analytics, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and marketing design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Canva).
  • Familiarity with SQL, R, and HTML is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
