Job Title: Eligibility Reporting Analyst
Department: Enrollment and Eligibility

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Eligibility Reporting Analyst. This role will report to the Director of Enrollment and Eligibility and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry. This is a hybrid role where the expectation is to work both in the office and at home on a weekly basis.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensures daily, weekly, and monthly reports are generated timely and distributed accordingly to internal and external parties.
  • Prepares data in presentable format that can provide clear and concise content.
  • Develops and distributes various department reports and data analyses.
  • Develops appropriate recommendations and suggestions based on analysis and collaborates with management in the development of action plans where required.
  • Acts as a resource to staff to the eligibility team related to reporting requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Creates QA methods to validate data integrity (i.e., duplicate records, missing data, etc.)
  • Uses best practices to analyze root cause and be able to identify source of problems and provide reasonable resolution.
  • Generates, analyzes, and stores reports for Eligibility Operation teams to review.
  • Maintains trends and tracks various measures to fully utilize the capabilities of databases and data files.
  • Serves as a liaison between departments analytical needs and technical data storage systems and files.
  • Creates a centralized report repository for all Eligibility Operation teams.
  • Prepares ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated data visualization, dashboarding and querying expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, assertive, enthusiastic, and self-directed with excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail; a high degree of ownership for projects, and strong follow-through
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative cycle with multiple projects under scheduled deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view.
  • Experience working with customers and collaborating on solutions.
  • Quality oriented, innovative, analytical, steadfast, and efficient
  • Experience with SQL SSRS, PowerBI, or Tableau, MS Office suite.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in the office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, 2nd Floor, Alhambra, CA 91801.
  • The target pay range for this role is: $67,000 to $81,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
