Title: Credentialing Coordinator
Department: Operations - Credentialing
About the Role:
Work closely with the Credentialing Specialists to optimize credentialing operations and elevate system performance, driving excellence in management and ensuring seamless, up-to-date processes.
What You'll Do:
- Assist Credentialing Specialist as needed with initial and reappointment credentialing applications and conduct follow up as needed
- Assist in the preparation of upcoming meetings
- Input all credentialing data into credentialing software database accurately and timely
- Work closely with IPAs and Hospitals to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain provider state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice insurance and any other required credentialing documents
- Represents the MSO while interacting with internal and external contacts
- Manage all incoming calls and direct to credentialing specialist as needed
- Remain up to date with credentialing accreditation standards with NCQA and Joint Commission
- Responsible for organizing digital credentialing files and documents
- Responsible for ensuring all credentialing verification sites are kept with an account balance at all times
- Ensure supplies are fully stocked
Qualifications:
- Ability to work with multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills in a fast-pace environment
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years’ experience in office required

- This position is Hybrid. The office is located at 1600 Corporate Center Drive, Monterey Park, CA 91754.
- The total compensation target pay rate for this role is between $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
